West Wing

A balance of outdoor and indoor space for all stand-up cocktail style events. This area gives you a private deck out over the water (perfect photo back drop!) and a semi-private inside space with the option for you to decorate and make your own.

Style: This area has a mix of sit down and stand-up seating available

Group Size: Suitable for groups of 50 -70 people (although we are happy to cater for more, it can become a squeeze).

East Wing

An exclusive outdoor deck for stand-up cocktail style events. This outdoor space gives you a private deck out over the water with the very best water views that Geelong city can offer.

Style: This area has a mix of sit down and stand-up seating available

Entire Venue

Have it all! Enjoy private access to the entire unique rooftop Bah with the best views in Geelong and your event will be a STAND OUT with exclusive access to the venue. Perfect for your product launches, business events or weddings or special occasions.

Style: The ultimate cocktail style event

Group Size: Party with your nearest, dearest and all your friends – up to 200 guests Available for hire Monday and Tuesday

Private Dining Room

Located in Wah Wah Gee, our PDR features a floor to ceiling window overlooking the bay. It’s the perfect place for an intimate dinner with friends and family, or private conference and meeting with colleagues. This room offers your event total privacy as you are completely separated from the main room. Although you are separated, our staff will still offer full table service, so there is no need to leave the room, except when needing to use the loo!

Style: Perfect for Morning + Afternoon Teas / Casual + Corporate Lunches + Dinners or Business Events

Group Size: Ideal for groups up to 40 cocktail or up to 30 people sit-down.

Alfresco

Alfresco (outside only or Inside + outside spaces available) Our semi-private space located at the front of Wah Wah Gee is our biggest function area, offering you the option to have the best of both worlds. Choose between exclusive use of either our outside space and indoor space or a combination of the two, with a significant highlight being exclusive access to an outdoor bar, open for just you and your guests. No need to line up with other diners for your drinks!

Style: Supreme cocktail style event with ample casual seating available. Perfect for engagements, birthday bashes, chrissy parties – you name it!

Group Size: Suitable for groups of up to 200 people who like to party!
